Raised in the Colorado mountains, Zane wears shorts and Chacos even during the winter. He enjoys skiing powder, “wander” hiking, and “creative” camping and is always up for an adventure. Zane holds a master's in counseling from Naropa University. He has a passion for LGBTQ communities and sexual health and believes that ELEMENT is a perfect avenue to help create change in the world.

ANDREW ETZLER, BS, CAT

From Chicago, Andrew has lived in Colorado for many years, from the Front Range to the Roaring Fork Valley. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in data analytics, but realized that the corporate America tech was not for him. Through his journey in recovery, Andrew felt a call to help others heal. He is passionate about fitness, health, all things fantasy, anime, and hip-hop music. His spirit animal is a fox.  

GUSS KEYES, MS, LPC

Guss has lived in Denver since 2013 after leaving Oklahoma, where he attended the University of Oklahoma, studying philosophy and psychology. He is finishing a master’s in clinical mental health counseling, with plans to obtain a Ph.D. in psychology. While Guss has worked with many populations, he is most passionate about working with gender-variant individuals. He enjoys reading, napping with his cats, and cooking for loved ones.

Originally from New York, Austin is now nestled in the Colorado foothills of Denver. A witty, welcoming, and warm individual, he is also great at alliterations. He received his master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia and has five years of doctoral-level experience. He spends his free time trying new restaurants, working out, hiking, playing with his amazing dog, and consuming too much media.

ISAAC ROSEN

Born in Florida, Isaac has called Colorado home since he was eight days old. He found a love for identifying needs and facilitating conversation in hospitality as both an elder-care attendant and a hotel concierge. Isaac enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends, binging Netflix with his roommates, and going to concerts. As a member of multiple intersecting communities, Isaac is excited to bring his perspective to the ELEMENT team.
